Inpatient Services
The Acquired Brain Injury Program inpatient services:
- Includes assessment, individualized treatment and referral
- Focuses on assisting clients' to achieve their rehab goals and
transition back into their own community with as many supports as
are currently available and necessary
- Client and family members are expected and encouraged to participate
in decision making with regards to rehab goals and discharge plans
- The Inpatient, Outpatient and Outreach services of the Acquired Brain
Injury Program all function as an interdisciplinary team in providing
rehabilitation services.
